💚 Honouring Julia “Jules” Wilson 💛

On January 31st, during the GCRA Tournament at the Ray Friel Recreational Complex, we will pause for a special memorial tribute to honour and remember Julia “Jules” Wilson — a young woman whose life, love, and spirit continue to inspire our entire community.

Julia lived a beautiful and meaningful life, sharing kindness, compassion, and joy with everyone she met. Ringette was one of her greatest passions —  where she built her strongest friendships and created her most cherished memories. The rink was her second home, and the ringette community her extended family.

This tribute is a moment for teammates, friends, family, and the entire ringette community to come together — to reflect, to remember, and to celebrate a life that made our world, and our sport, better simply by being part of it.
