Fees and Due Dates for the GCRA 2025/2026 Season

Access RAMP to register, make payments and modify your personal credentials:

GCRA is using RAMP for registrations.

We are only accepting online payments this year. Online payments will be processed via RAMP.

To pay - you will need to login to your GCRA RAMP account, and select the package which applies to you.  The only thing you need to remember is which division you have registered your player for.

Division Matrix:

Summary of what FUNdamentals is intended to look like:

• depending on entry point into the sport and after assessments athletes may be better suited to play for a different group.
• There should also be some fluidity to the program to allow movement between groups, especially at FUN1/2 as some athletes may progress at a faster rate than others.

Payment options:

• Pay in full at time of registration; or
• Split Payment:
• 50% due at registration and the remaining 50% due September 30, 2025
• Available for players registered in Fun2, Fun3, U12, U14, U16 and U19.
• Not available for Fun1 

Family discounts:

• If you have 3 or more children registered with GCRA this season please contact our registrar (see link to contact below) to request a PROMO CODE, which can be used to receive the appropriate discount when registering your 3rd, 4th or 5th child. 
• 3rd child will receive 50% off the regular registration fee
• 4th child will receive 75% of the regular registration fee
• 5th child will have a free registration

Financial Assistance:

• The deadline to apply to the Bernie Cockburn on-ice benevolent fund Tuesday September 20th, 2025.
• Please follow all instructions as per the policy found on our site (clicking here will open the policy)

Refund (withdrawal) Policy:

For 2025/2026 season, the following applies to refunds:

• There will be a $40 administration fee on all refunds.
• Withdrawals prior to September 15th: 100% of the registration fee received, minus $40 admin fee
• Withdrawals prior to November 15th 66% of the registration fee received, minus $40 admin fee
• Withdrawals after November 15th: no refunds
• Refunds for a player withdrawing for medical reasons will be prorated and dealt with on a case by case basis.
• Once a refund has been issued, the player will not be able to return to play for the remainder of the season.
