Adding to your RAMP Roster

Looking to add addition people to your RAMP TEAM app to take advantage of ATTENDANCE and/or HEALTH CHECKS, please following the guideline below:

NOTE: the guidance below must be followed to ensure proper Ringette Ontario Insurance coverage as well as to ensure that only people required to register do so  

Is the person already registered with GCRA (player or bench staff on another team?

• If YES, go to QUICK ADD METHOD
• If NO, does this person require a Police Records Check (PRC) for this new position (ie. Safety Officer)
  • ?if NO, go to QUICK ADD METHOD
  • If YES, go to REGISTRATION ADD METHOD

QUICK ADD METHOD (this can be done by any existing bench staff on the team)

• Using the RAMP TEAM APP, ensure your team is selected
• Click the menu on the top right corner (3 lines)
• Choose "add team member"
• Add the new team member's info (don't forget to enable "Staff Member" option
• Choose "save team member"
