The Gloucester Cumberland Ringette Association is pleased to invite you to its
48th ANNUAL INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT January 31st - February 2nd, 2025.

WE ARE EXTENDING REGISTRATION UNTIL FRIDAY, OCTOBER 11th.

Thank you for considering our tournament for your upcoming ringette season.

Registration Instructions:

Coaches or managers can register your team through this link: GCRA Ramp Registration

Log in to your Ramp Registration account or create a new account to log in.

1. Select the “Tournament Registration” button.
2. Select the Home club, Division, tier and Team contact that pertains to you.
3. Select package
4. Click “Continue”
5. Make sure your roster looks correct, it should refresh nightly as players are added to the team. For new Ramp users, you will be able to add your roster in My Team Tab after completing your tournament registration.
6. Click “Continue”
7. Review information and click “Submit Registration”
8. SEND YOUR PAYMENT VIA CHEQUE OR E-TRANSFER. PLEASE SEE PAYMENTS INFORMATION BELOW.
9. If your team requires hotel accommodations, you can click here to do it online.

Tournament Division and Fees

Notes

• All teams must be prepared to play early morning games beginning on the Friday of the tournament.
• Local area teams must be prepared to play on Thursday night.
• Ringette Ontario (RO) Sanctioned Tournament rules and Ringette Canada official rules apply.
• U16 and U19 must be prepared to play late-evening games.
• Mixed teams will be accepted for all non-competitive levels.
• Teams will be notified by October 25^th of acceptance or not.
• Team withdrawals after November 1, 2024 will incur a 100$ penalty.
• Team withdrawals after November 1, 2024 will incur a 50% penalty.

Payment

Payment can be made via e-transfer.

In the comment of the e-transfer portion, YOU MUST indicate the division, association, team name and team contact information (name and email or phone number).

The account is set with auto deposit. You do not need to provide password. If your financial institution requires a password, use GCRA2025. 

Please note that acceptance of your e-transfer should not be construed as confirmation of your acceptance into the tournament. If your team is not accepted, a refund will be issued by e-transfer.
