We are excited to offer Late Summer Power Skating Sessions this August with Coach Carl Menard in preparation for the upcoming ringette season.
These sessions will focus on skating technique, edge work, speed, agility, and overall skating efficiency, helping athletes build confidence and get back into game shape before evaluations and team activities begin.
