FUN1 - The Perfect Place to Start!

We're making it easier than ever for new players to discover ringette with GCRA.

• FUN 1 Players moving up will receive a 25% discount on their first season of FUN2 registration

Whether your child is new to skating or looking to try a new sport, FUN1 is a great way to get started in a fun, supportive environment.

Registration Information

GCRA uses RAMP Registration for player registration, payments, and account management.

All registration fees for the 2026-2027 season must be paid online through RAMP.

Through your RAMP account you can:

• Register players

• Make payments

• Update personal information

• View registration details

3. Complete the registration and payment process.

FUNdamentals Program

The FUNdamentals program is designed to support player development at all entry levels.

Depending on a player's experience, assessments, and development, athletes may be better suited to a different group or division. The program is designed to allow flexibility and movement between groups, particularly within FUN1 and FUN2, where development rates can vary significantly.

Payment Options

Pay in Full

Registration fees may be paid in full at the time of registration.

Split Payment Option

Available for:

• FUN2

• FUN3

• U12

• U14

• U16

• U19

Payment Schedule:

• 50% due at registration

• Remaining 50% due September 30, 2026

Split payment is not available for FUN1 registrations.

All new to ringette goalie registrants will receive **50% off registration** PLUS get an additional refund of the remaining 50% at the end of the season! 🙌

Family Discounts

Families with three or more children registered with GCRA may be eligible for additional discounts.

Please contact the Registrar to request a family discount code.

Discounts are as follows:

• 3rd child: 50% off regular registration fee

• 4th child: 75% off regular registration fee

• 5th child: Free registration

Financial Assistance

Applications for the Bernie Cockburn On-Ice Benevolent Fund must be submitted by September 20, 2026.

Please review and follow all instructions outlined in the policy available on our website.

Refund (Withdrawal) Policy - 2026-2027 Season

The following refund policy applies to all registrations:

• A $40 administration fee applies to all refunds.

• Withdrawals prior to September 15, 2026: 100% refund of fees paid, less the $40 administration fee.

• Withdrawals prior to November 15, 2026: 66% refund of fees paid, less the $40 administration fee.

• Withdrawals after November 15, 2026: No refunds.

Refunds for medical reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated accordingly.

Once a refund has been issued, the player will not be eligible to return for the remainder of the season.
